This black silk dinner suit from Mary McFadden probably dates to the early 2000s. The jacket features rhinestone buttons, a sculpted neckline, and lace backed with organza trim at the cuffs. All other fabric edges are finished with black silk-covered cording. The pencil skirt has the same lace and organza trim at the bottom. The shell fabric is a very finely ribbed silk faille, and the linings are black silk. Both pieces are labeled size 6. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
