This darling skirt and blouse set is stylish and darling. The sailor collar and the pearly buttons add class to the outfit. The skirt is fully lined and the material is light and soft silky material. I don't know if it is rayon or a light polyester. They were made in California by Hollywood Casuals.

This set came from my elderly neighbor. It may be that she wore it to church or on a date to the movies. It has been stored safely for many years and now needs to be worn again.

I added the scarf. It doesn't come with the outfit.
