A lightweight dress with pleated skirt, great for semi-formal events, photo shoots and costume wear. Features bright white accents, elastic waist band, shoulder pads intact (could be easily removed) and decorative silver and black buttons on the chest, plus black functional buttons on the sleeves. Length falls below the knees and sleeves are about half length. No flaws to note, but may show minor signs of age. Material is quite elastic, somewhat thin and has a sheen to it and feels satin to touch with a very slight texture.
