What It’s Made From

The GroundHex Stabilizer is made from recycled polypropylene in a honeycomb grid structure. This design makes it lightweight, easy to install, and extremely durable under the pressure of both horses and cattle. Panels come pre-clipped for quick installation and can be cut to size when needed.

Installation Guide

1. Level and prepare the area.

2. Spread and compact a base layer of crusher dust or fine gravel.

3. Lay GroundHex Stabilizer panels one at a time, locking them together.

4. Tap panels into place with a rubber mallet.

5. Cut panels to size where required.

6. Fill the cells with crusher dust, sand, or soil.

7. Compact the surface.

Optional: Lay rubber mats directly over the stabilizer in areas needing extra traction or comfort (e.g., cattle holding yards, stables, wash bays). Use fixing screws if secure fastening is required.
