Cute little black vintage cocktail dress dating from the 1960s by Marcel Fenez, the London design house where Roland Klein worked from 1965 until starting his own design business in the 1970s.

This Mad Men style dress is in what feels like wool crepe and features a sparkly black lace bodice overlayer which extends to hip level above a plain black skirt. The bodice has short scalloped lace sleeves and a small collar with faux front placket trimmed with four pearl and gilt décor buttons. A small front bow is attached to the front waist giving a peplum effect. The dress is fully lined (apart from the see-through sleeves) with a back zip fastening.

We have found a small tears to the lace on the bodice but this are hard to spot as and does not affect the wearability of this original classic.
