Distinctive Expressions
One of the charms of these shoes is the different expressions shown by each part of the upper. They use ripstop fabric, known for its tear resistance and durability, on the inside, and herringbone fabric, exuding sophistication, on the outside.



The tongue uses twill fabric with diagonal ridges, creating a visually pleasing texture. By using different patterns in the same color, these shoes are transformed into a simple yet meticulously designed pair.






Attention to Durability
These shoes use the "vulcanized method," which ensures they will be long-lasting. In this method, rubber is placed between the upper and sole of the sneakers, and then they are subjected to high heat and pressure to bond the rubber to the sneakers.

This process allows for a strong and durable bond between the canvas upper and rubber sole, making it flexible and resistant to peeling. To reinforce the seam between the main body and sole, a rubber tape is wrapped around it, enhancing durability against lateral and diagonal movements.

*If you notice a white powdery substance on the rubber (known as the "bloom phenomenon"), it is due to the influence of anti-aging agents used in the rubber manufacturing process. It does not affect the product's performance. You can remove it by wiping with a soft cloth using commercial rubber wax (water-based) or silicone resin-based shoe polish.

One of the distinctive features of Gym Classic is its "Balmoral" design. Balmoral design refers to a construction where the gusset part fits into the vamp part.

While most sneakers use an outer gusset design, Balmoral shoes give a neat impression when the shoelaces are tightly fastened, reducing the exposure of the tongue part.
